PT Reje Rum Samudera Oil is a privately owned Indonesian company based in Pekanbaru, Riau Province. Its primary business focuses on the wholesale trading of Crude Palm Oil (CPO), which forms the foundation of the Company's business activities and strategic direction.

The Company was established under Deed No. 05 dated 18 September 2026, executed before Notary Iip Jaya Dharma, S.H., M.Kn. Its legal entity status was approved by the Minister of Law of the Republic of Indonesia on 22 September 2026 under Decree No. AHU-0076555.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2026.

As a newly established company, PT Reje Rum Samudera Oil's corporate foundation is supported by its incorporation documents, management structure, and tax registration. The Company was registered as a taxpayer on 22 September 2026 and became a VAT-registered taxable enterprise (PKP) effective 1 October 2026. These registrations provide the initial foundation for its business operations.
